SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES:

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

High Tide Pictures & Gifts works with global merchants and artisans to provide you the best prices and most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped directly from our partners in areas such as Thailand, Tibet, Lithuania, China, India, etc. Therefore your item may take 3-5 weeks to arrive.

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will notify you.

SHIPPING:

We ship our products worldwide!

Shipping times vary by location. These are our estimated shipping times:

Canada: 16-26 Business days

United States: 12-20 Business days

Europe: 12-30 Business days

Australia, New Zealand: 12-30 Business days

Mexico, Central America, South America: 15-30 Business days

Max delivery time – 45 business days.

TRACKING INFORMATION:

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. However, sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.

CUSTOMS:

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages will be shipped to you and may receive custom fees when they arrive to your country.

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS:
Your satisfaction is our priority. You can request a refund or re-shipment for ordered products if one of the following apply's:

1. The item is not received within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
2. You receive the wrong item, which is different from the original item on the purchase invoice.
3. If the item is defective or damaged. We require you to send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection, we will notify you whether it is approved for refund or re-shipment.

We do not issue a refund if:

1. Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. If the order does not arrive due to circumstances outside the control of High Tide Pictures & Gifts (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

Any refund credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Submit refund requests within 7 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired.
